From the food/wine perspective: NO. Lounge: NO, as I can easily get both of us into GA lounges with one of the credit cards.
Price of a D RT is approx. 2.5 times that of a discounted Y RT.
I would take the discounted Y.

ok i'll just book what you book. Y sounds ok with me...Will call Avia...think I have walked by them in Plaza Indonesia (spend alot of time at the starbucks there).
