Seeing as it's been nearly 2 years since the job fairy has blessed me, I figured this is as good a chance as anything.

I'm a Sales/Finance expert with a decade of Sales experience along with my BA in Finance. I'm Series 6/63 licensed along with my Life Insurance license. I've sold everything from cars to Cell Phones and have done a few consulting gigs and work with major retail banks.

While a heavy travel consulting job would be ideal, beggars can't be choosers so I'm open to pretty much anything at this point as I'm turning 29 and don't want to celebrate my upcoming birthday with a 2nd year without work...

I'm looking for a new job, so here goes...

I've had 11 years of experience in sales and marketing, proposal writing, technical writing, and training for environmental, engineering, and architectural companies. I also have significant non-profit experience with program implementation and management and grant writing.

I'd love a job that included travel, but that's not a necessity. I'd prefer to either stay in PA or relocate to WY.

Thanks!

Award Bookers Needed!

Are you that one person in your circle of friends and family who books award tickets for everyone? Do you dream at night about airline and alliance route-maps? Have you ever put together a complex, dream-like award, then put it on hold... For no one, just for fun?

If any of those scenarios even remotely describes you, chances are you're a great fit for an award-booking job! We're looking for motivated individuals, with an advanced knowledge in award bookings - including how to delicately deal with pesky, airline phone reps - to join our team and make a huge impact for hundreds (or even thousands) of people who can't do this on their own.

Qualifications:
-Self motivated
-Proficient writing skills
-Great public speaker
-Flexible working hours
-Strong understanding of all three major airline alliances, their partners and their routes
-Immersion in the FT/MP/blogging world, constantly keeping up to date with CC offers, transfer bonuses, new routes, new aircraft, etc...
-Someone who hates a "9-to-5" job

If you think you're qualified and are looking for work with a reputable award-booking company, please contact me at Ari(at)FirstClassAndBeyond(dot)com. Please put "AWARD BOOKER JOB" in the subject line, and include (at a minimum) the following information:
-How many hours per week you are willing to commit to this job
-How many years of booking experience you have
-What the single best award you have booked has been
-Have you ever worked (or do you currently work) as a professional award booker?
-Which is your favorite miles/points blog and why?
What is your FT handle?
-What is the closes major airport to you?

Thank you in advance, and I can't wait to see what kind of fantastic talent comes out of this search!

Alaska Airlines is looking for a few good IT professionals.

Some positions may offer relocation assistance.
While they aren't necessarily looking to sponsor a new work visa, if someone is currently in the U.S. on a work visa, a transfer or renewal of sponsorship might be worked out.

If you are interested in hearing more, I can put you in touch with one of our IT Hiring Specialists. You can reach me via PM or email at flyertalk at alaskaair dot com. You can also see the specific positions currently being offered at alaskaair.com/careers

Available starting May 2014

Hi, FlyerTalkers! I'm an MBA candidate in an English-language program in Nice, France. I will be available for full-time work starting in May 2014 (the program ends in June, but May and June are for short-term placements, internships, consulting gigs, theses, or commencement of full-time employment, so I can start as early as the first week of May). I am a U.S. citizen willing to work just about anywhere in the world that isn't an active war zone. I am open to as much as 100% travel.

For the past 10 years, I have been a communications professional. I spent about half that time in newspapers and half in online B2B communications. I also have a lot of experience in social media management. I am getting an MBA (740 GMAT) in order to shore up my quantitative skills and gain more experience working in international and cross-cultural teams. English is my native language, and I know it inside and out; furthermore, I am fluent in "business English" (i.e. English that can be easily understood by non-native speakers) thanks to my international experience. I speak moderate French and limited Spanish, and my French is improving daily. I am an excellent writer and editor. I'm good with technology and eager to learn new skills. I am particularly interested in the wine and spirits industry and retail/luxury, but I will take a position in any industry if the role is right.

Please PM me if you are interested. I would be happy to send you my LinkedIn profile or e-mail you my CV. Thanks!

Unhappy

Okay, any chance of getting a road warrior job it has to be here, right? I'm posting this as both my giving up on looking in the market of road warrior jobs in hopes of a employer that can utilize someone in the air as much as the company needs.

Some information about myself and my experience:

I'm based in Colorado somewhere in the middle of COS and DEN but if I get a job where I travel then hopefully my home location isn't an issue, relocating also isn't a problem although I would prefer to leave that as my last ditch effort for another road warrior job.

I have experience in both sales and investigations and would be happy in any field even a new one.

My experience in sales: Flooring sales, tile installation sales, product demos (setups and breakdowns), and I have years of experience in this. So any sales or demo position I can surely adapt to quickly.

My investigative experience: I worked under the (former) Sheriff of Pueblo, Colorado as an associate investigator where I conducted and lead hundreds of investigations with the team on various subjects that range from corporate fraud, civil and criminal court cases, to the more mundane photography based things like false insurance claims and injury insurance claims.

Not traveling for my current job makes me feel as if my wings were clipped and being grounded is not my ideal situation.

You can contact me through here, or my email which is catalanoruss (at) gmail.
