I build companies.

I'm looking to move away from San Antonio. Currently taking consulting/interim engagements, but really looking to move to a more permanent situation elsewhere. I've been focused on building a network in the mid Atlantic area (Philly -> Raliegh, centered on DC) in an attempt to locate a suitable position.

Ideal positions:
COO/CEO
EVP/SVP
Corporate Development
Private Equity Operating Partner
Strategy consulting or internal Corp. Strategy.
M&A/Capital Development
Integrating acquisitions/rolling-up companies into the corp. environment.

Headlines of skills:

HIGH-VALUE-FOCUSED SENIOR EXECUTIVE with 15+ years of broad-based business / business evaluation / P&L experience. Key leader in growth companies: responsibilities included management evaluation, M&A, post-acquisition-integration, capital investment, technology, and strategy. Focus on shareholder value and operational improvements, achieved rapid bottom-line growth. Ability to create sustained competitive advantage. Proven executive management skills.

Key Results:
> Strategic Financial Focus—Proven skills at P&L leadership, aligning corporate operating initiatives to financial results. Performed strategic analysis and operational due diligence on market, service and technology opportunities. Led operational and financial improvement, both directly and as an advisor to business units.

> Change-Leadership / Integration Expertise—Rapidly and effectively made business changes to integrate acquisitions, improve and rationalize operations, procedures and reporting structures. Key leadership in development and deployment of technologies. Garnered trust and respect across organization through decisive leadership, collaboration, and open communication.

> Revenue/Bottom-Line Improvements—Boosted free cash flow by $200 million/year between 2000 and 2004, increased revenue by several million dollars/year by leveraging excess capacity on assets, and reduced expenses by tens of millions of dollars/year by reducing expenses, creating cross-platform group purchasing and more efficient capital spending. Created 40% reduction in $600 million capital budget through new strategies, new criteria for deployment, refocusing group operating efforts on best value, and more efficient processes.

> Mergers & Acquisitions / Investments—Acted as internal “private equity” guru, evaluated and led $2+ billion in capital and M&A transactions and invested up to $600 million globally each year during 4-year period. Created $100+ million in international acquisition opportunities. Led innovative technologies and systems.

I've worked on a global basis - travel is acceptable and encouraged.

Actually, not an FT'er, but my father... He has a degree in Accounting, and over 30 years of accounting experience between public accounting and private accounting with relatively small, primarily manufacturing companies, and is looking for something in the PIT area. I can furnish a resume upon request, along with a more detailed history. Thanks!

I may be looking to relocate as I am a bit bored with my job. Only problem is it is very specialized. I work data analysis (have an BS in Aero Engineering) on testing of data links (Link 16) for the Gov't. I have a Top Secret clearance and am versed in computers and data analysis and Link 16. I am, however, only 18 months out of college.

Thanks for looking.

Hey all !

I´m currently looking for a position in sales or travel management anywhere in europe, since I have EU passport. If located elsewhere and employment is no problem there is no problem from my point.

My actual employment is with a mayor european tourism company where I´ve got a position as sales representative as well as travel manager for our staff.

Extensive travels are no problem at all, I´m used to (aren´t we all  ) .

Happy holidays,

Seb. :-:
