This may be the key. Plus, we are now holding more than half of the seats on this flight.

In my experience AS does change the planes out to all PAX flights when they see the loads build. June is a long ways away. Let's see what AS does over the next few months.

Actually, I think the pace will--overall--be slower than last year's Cabbage Do. We are covering a wide swath of Alaska, but we're leaving plenty of time in between the activities so we don't really have to hurry anywhere.

In fact, we can even make time to drop by the Safeways in Fairbanks (and their subsidiary, Carrs, in Anchorage) and watch them unload their trucks, just to keep you happy...

...booked for 15K +$5...

Alaska Airlines 152
Depart Anchorage (ANC) 11:00 am, Jun 22 Arrive Nome (OME) 12:34 pm, Jun 22
Alaska Airlines 152
Depart Nome (OME) 1:19 pm, Jun 24 Arrive Anchorage (ANC) 4:17 pm, Jun 24

May do the 24-hr cancel, or may risk 15K miles.
The seat map looked totally wide open for these flights.

I'm seeing him in exactly half an hour. I'll do a little ear-pulling.

Good to see you again.

Jon Dun said "Nome man is an island"; we need to help jackal out. I am hopeful, but not certain, at this point.

(No not John Donne, he said something similar, though...)

Probably. To do right takes at least five hours of prep time & cooking. We would be eating very late.

Sounds like Jackal needs to work on the charter, or we all need to pray for an aircraft swap (with an F cabin )

That's because I have 47 seats on hold on that flight (as well as the other two) for our group.

I'll be communicating with Alaska (Missy et al.) soon about the best way to handle our unique needs (combination of award tickets, revenue tickets, etc.).

Go ahead and book another group reservation under your name. If we convince them they'll have nearly 100 seats sold, they'll have no choice but to upgauge.
