Chase allows points earned with different cards, or by members of the same household, or owners of the same business, to combine points in one Ultimate Rewards account.
These are the rules for personal cards:

Q: Ok, so I won't be violating any of the above rules. How do I combine or transfer my points?
A: Log in to your Chase Ultimate Rewards account. Click your point balance to reveal a drop down menu. Choose Combine points. You can then choose to move your points between your own credit card UR accounts, or "Add a Household Member" to transfer points to.
If you are experiencing technical problems combining points, please see Problems Combining UR points between accounts.
Combining is not the same as transferring. The rules for transferring to an airline or hotel program are subtly different. Those rules and procedures are discussed in another thread:

Combine points with other Chase cards with Ultimate Rewards
You can move your points, but only to another Chase card with Ultimate Rewards belonging to you or one member of your household.
Go to chase.com/ultimaterewards, call the number on the back of your card or visit a Chase branch to move your points.
You can't move points to another eligible card if either account is prohibited from earning or using points at the time you attempt to move the points.

So according to Chase's verbiage, they only restrict sending to one person, not receiving.
That means Wife and I can send back and forth all we want, no one else.
Mom would have to choose between Wife or me (to send only, not receive), and stick with it forever.
sound okay?

While the feature is called "combining" the terms only mention sending points, not receiving. Creating a link to send points from account A to B does not create a reciprocal link to send points from B to A.

Combining Ink Business with Sapphire Preferred
I already have a Sapphire Reserve card and have an online account and points profile to manage it, very happy to get $0.015/point travel credit.
I have just received my new Ink Business card, come find out from CSR that I cannot add that to the existing account profile which as the Sapphire card in it, Will have to create a new online account profile for the Ink Business card and per the CSR I can add the Sapphire Reserve card to it.
Question I have is that would I risk getting $.0125/point on my combined point balance for Sapphire and Ink cards if I take my Sapphire card to this new account profile, vs the $0.015/point I get today with just Sapphire?

Each card will accumulate points separately. If you combine all the points into the Sapphire Reserve account they will all have the $0.015 redemption value. This will not happen automatically, combining is a manual process. I do it every month, others do it only when ready to redeem.

My partner has two log-ins (idk why). One with his business card (Ink / 4 years old) & one with his personal card (CSR / 2 years old).
He has moved points back and forth, but this has been rare.
He decided to close his CSR this week and combined all his points to his business profile.
In the "Combine Points" page though, his now closed credit card is stored in the "Move my points to" field.
If he ever wanted to transfer points to me, we would have to removed his information from this field.
We clearly do not want to trigger any unnecessary issues with Chase.
What is a safe time to wait between the time he removes himself from this field until the time he adds me and makes a transfer?
Thank you

Has anyone noticed any problems with the transference of points?... My wife and I have the Sapphire Reserve and many other chase products, and now (when I need the points the most), I can't transfer the points from our freedom unlimited to the Reserve. CSR say the Reserve is ineligible to receive points (whatever that means, especially since we've transferred points around like thousands of times).

It may be helpful to use Chase's terminology when speaking with them. You are trying to Combine points. Chase uses the word Transfer to refer to moving points out of Ultimate Rewards to an airline or hotel program.
Have you closed any cards (that earn Ultimate Rewards) recently, or changed a card from one type to another?
We also have a separate thread which discusses technical problem when combining:

RNE, noting that just yesterday I combined 16,000 points from TSMRSRNE's CFU to my CSR, no problem.
