After an AC change I can't make a seat reservation anymore. OWE number is included but it shows "seat reservation at checkin". It's an BA Award ticket.

When I access from a US computer it hardly ever happens. From my desktop PC at work in Shenzhen I get the blank page about 85% of the time. Sometimes it seems to work better if after sign-in on the main web page, I drop down the menu next to my name that shows the quick MPC account balance. From there is a like to Manage Bookings.
For some reason this seems to work better than using the Manage Booking tab on the main page. Also from the Marco Polo Club account summary page, there is a section labeled 'My Next Flight'. Clicking the 'View/Update' link seems to work better.
But this is just all anecdotal evidence. The fact we all know is that their web site and mobile app are fraught with little frustrations like this.

I'm DM but sometimes seat reservation is also N/A to me... e.g. overbooked, or all seats are allocated

I wrote "the club" complaining about captcha on the 4th and received a reply on the 8th saying a more detailed reply will be completed within 14 days.
I also complained about some exCMB fares to Australia where some E class were getting upgrades on CMB-HKG to business while some R class (a lot more expensive) were not.
I will try to remember to update here when I get a reply.

Does anyone have trouble accessing CX website using Firefox? I tried to go on the website just now and this was what I got....

Didn't they have some website 'upgrade' work carried out this weekend? Then I tried Safari and it worked. Another 'enhancement' on the website....not!

mmb issue
I made 3 different cx reservations with aa miles in the last couple of weeks. On the first two I initially was able to to them on mmb. Just made a new one a couple of days ago and have been unable to access any on them on mmb. Any thoughtsw?

In Manage Booking, trying to add a USA phone number on different days with different browsers to NO AVAIL. 
Keep getting this:

Up to payment page , and processing with PayPal payment... Authorisation has been charged but website shows error on CX site, but on my PayPal account, the amount has been charged. On CX website I get this:
Had to call CX Res in HKG and spoke to the Online members team.. who confirmed that yes payment has been made - and that there is a confirmation # and that they will send me the booking details.
This is so MA FAN ! (Troublesome in Cantonese)...
Went to MMB... and all the seats that I had initially booked disappeared. And on the new seat map, my favourite seats are being shown as blocked / taken...

Very annoying when you try to search for redemptions, when you choose the return date, the date you choose never sticks. You click on a particular date, and it never changes to the date you want until you randomly click around and then you click back on the correct date.
