I wrote "the club" complaining about captcha on the 4th and received a reply on the 8th saying a more detailed reply will be completed within 14 days.
I consider Captcha on the website "broken" in its implementation
I also complained about some exCMB fares to Australia where some E class were getting upgrades on CMB-HKG to business while some R class (a lot more expensive) were not.
I will try to remember to update here when I get a reply.
