Sorry for calling out an old threat again...

Anyone keep getting CAPTCHA verification request at CX.com recently? Every time I've done the CAPTCHA it will kick me out back to the home page, asking me to re-do everything (if I'm not being asked to re-do the CAPTCHA in the middle of the process again)

Worse is... Just now I've done the CAPTCHA then I've no way to go to my MMB page... It just keep showing me the "Manage Booking" page that asks me to input my name and booking reference / e-tix number...... Logout and re-login then everything backs to normal again...

p.s. Yes I'm using my Co's network... ...because I'm going to fly for business!

Yes, this is super annoying! It happened to me so many times last night and again this morning. "Fun game" my (expletive)!

I have experienced the same thing for a period of time while using a VPN in China, it was very annoying. But it returned to normal after some times for some unknown reason to me.

I have problems with the MMB page for the past couple of days. Same thing happening, even just normal use without any VPN.

It's the fact that it drops me back to the front page after completing the task that really riles me. ...?!? Why can't it just proceed with my booking / redemption / search??? Instead I have to reenter all my search parameters all over again.

It really is terrible.

It is really terrible that the verification only valid for one entry of search, and then it will pop up again... which will bring me back to the home page after the verification. Terrible

I thought I was the only one experiencing this. It is absolutely crazy! Every time I tried to search fares they asked me to complete that stupid 'fun game'! Also same issue with MMB, kept asking me to login or provide booking ref/e-tix when I am already logined

I expect the CAPTCHA problem goes worse tomorrow when many secretaries and office staff go check for the fanfares...... I've stop searching flights online and calling 3333 directly today.... (ain't this stupid as the website is designed to reduce workload for hotline?)

For MMB, now I can only access via MPC My account -> See all bookings....

Ok site magically works like normal for me this morning now (i.e. no more CAPTCHA issues).

I am also having the same issue with "Manage My Booking". I sign in to the website and go immediately to Manage my Booking. There I need to sign in again. It is totally redundant as a security feature and a waste of my time.

Yes this only happens recently. I had to go through this multiple times and it's very annoying.

Also around T-24 on my inbound flight, the itinerary disappeared on "Manage My Booking", is it just me?

Hello again:

Just took my first look at the CX website and cannot get any information out of it. It seems to lock up when I get to the suggested dates/money squares. Is this website problematic, or am I doing something wrong?

Yes, the website has issues, although I never got stuck in this particular part of the process. Can you at all select any of the options shown? If so, could it be you're just missing the "continue" button at the bottom of the page (scroll down)?

Edit: Where the heck did the list under "Manage my bookings" disappear to?
