Yes, the website has issues, although I never got stuck in this particular part of the process. Can you at all select any of the options shown? If so, could it be you're just missing the "continue" button at the bottom of the page (scroll down)?
Edit: Where the heck did the list under "Manage my bookings" disappear to?
