I can't remember for sure, but it's possible that I changed my statement close date soon after opening the card, which may be why it's now off by a couple of weeks. I guess I'll report back after my November statement actually closes (or whenever my AF posts).

Can you anyone clarify how "annual" is defined for the $300 travel credit?
Per calendar year or anniversary year?

I am confused by the whole Nov anniversary date. But the gist of the posts seem to be that it renews after the anniversary.
So if I got the card in Sep there is no urgency to use it before the end of 2022 because there will be no new credit available Jan.

That's correct, you won't get another credit until a year after you got the card

I just received my $300 statement credit for my 2nd year travel credit, so can confirm it's based on your anniversary year, and not calendar year.

Ok so my AF posted and statement closed yesterday, and today my $300 credit meter reset. Now says $0.00 credited, $300.00 left, benefit renews November 2023. All good

So what's the latest experience with the credit posting timeframes? I used it for the first time (C1 booking) a week ago, so far - bupkes.

Has it been 7 business days? Does it show up on the meter (see the Benefits tab in the Rewards section on mobile or desktop)?

7 calendar, but not yet 7 business days (Thanksgiving + weekend add up). Not on the meter either.

If you go to Rewards > Benefits and click on the relevant benefit box you can see how C1 is scheduling these. Hopefully, someone else can comment on the average times they've seen shared around.

Both descriptions say up to 2 billing cycles

The second-year credit posted two days after the flight charge.
