The CE/CW nuts include corn and chickpeas: "cashews, corn, almonds and chickpeas, coated with gram flour for extra crunch and seasoned with parsley"

reminds me when AA changed the nut mix to include dry roasted edamame filler. the FT boards were ablaze!

Frankly, I wouldn't get your hopes up. Even with all the trappings I had shown in post #247, The entire second meal was a pretty miserable offering.
Edit: I just realised that the chicken salad I had was sans cobb dressing. This seems to be a recurring theme, components of dishes go missing. This is recent IME, or, well post-pandemic.

this salad was delicious on my LHR to SIN flight. Was much better than it looks.

the "salad" was removed at some point in the middle of last year i believe which is a good thing since they could not deliver more than a few leaves of lettuce and was not worthy of being called a salad (I wish they had a proper salad though)
separately i noticed last week the salted nuts you get pre-departure have finally been changed to something less salty! now its salted nuts, not just salt with some nut product.

192 DFW-LHR...this month the menu is...not good. great crew too.
