Smoked trout donut, duck, asparagus & truffle and minted pea tartlet

Lobster starter - this was excellent and a generous portion

Rack of lamb - I would have preferred the chicken but it ran out as I was on staff travel

Chocolate and raspberry cake

Afternoon tea - I couldn't finish this

Mushroom roulade, salmon on pineapple & foie gras on toast

Lobster starter - the sweetcorn flan wasn't what I expected but was still yummy

Chicken with BBQ sauce - slightly odd IMHO but I enjoyed it

Chocolate lava cake minus 1 bite and the dessert wine

Breakfast fruit

Breakfast waffles - really enjoyed these with the tart yoghurt sauce
