Been a lurker and just registered now. If you live even further North you can get back into Edi for £1100 (angled lie flat though)

Yes, this is perfect for me also. Need to be in SIN in late March ish and as you said its 60,000+ avios and could use a GUF.

Anyone know if this would be GUFable, with the new DIF fares and all?

Should be GUFable - fare code is TLNCSALE. Some more details of the fare rules here: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/27707605-post15.html

What dates are you seeing UUA's for March?

None, but could be just me - has been a few times before!
Loads in May though.

Looking at options of getting to Zurich. RFS isn't available on my preferred day (and sold out for cash in ET except for close to £600 for CE) and don't really want to pay £100+ / blow 30,000 points for a hotel in Zurich if I can get away with it.

Could try the 45 min back-to-back but seems tight and risky from what I've read.

Failing that, perhaps using the 777 instead of the A380 on the outbound gives some leeway.

Once I get the work leave authorized, I'll pull the trigger on the november trip plus UUA to club on both sectors. It's almost a shame it appears I will be there in haze season again.

I'd love to do one in March just for the avios but it's too short notice to get any time off.

I did b2b at Zurich about a month ago and it was fine. 5 minute walk through the terminal including a bag security scan and back to the gate well before boarding started. I think I put fuller comments in the b2b thread.

ZRH B2B is very easy, especially if you arrive at an airbridge gate. Sometimes, on the last rotation of the night is bussed, therefore this wouldn't be a B2B anyway!

Managed to get £992 for 720 TP out of this fare which I'm quite pleased with...

Especially good for those with GUF2

Well, I'm probably going to pop over the day before and actually leave the airport to see a bit of the city.
