If a Gold touches a Silver, there is mild discomfort for 12 hours (similar to flying WT LH)
If a Gold touches a Bronze (heaven forbid) they themselves become Bronze
If a Gold touches a Blue, the worst happens...the Gold switches allegiance to Virgin.
Don't try this at home! Not to be trifled with...

Dear BAEC Gold
1) I was wondering if I ever reach such status how do I address a fellow
Gold and also specifically a GGL/CCR holder. Do I have to bow re the
latter?
2) Are there any secret signals/handshakes that only Golds and GGL's know?
3) Do you think BA should issue Gold Stetsons at the boarding gate so that
all the other passengers know who they are?

2) We're not telling - that is part of the initiation process.
3) Stetsons? I would be more into gold lame (with accent) jackets with the speedbird symbol discretely displayed across the back in rather small diamonds.

2. yes
3. you see, in small portions, I like mingling with the public. It is part of the experience. That's why flying private isn't as appealing. I mean, the curtain needs to work and everyone should know the rules but a bit of public mingling is good and can be enjoyable. My friends think I am crazy / tell me that I shouldn't wave everytime I see someone from the public or "the public" in general (like between lounge and plane) but I think they are odd. Right?
there are 2 of us around. serioulsy.
the real Las Vegas.
CCR outsource things like dealing with private bankers (or queuing (whatever that may be)) to the butler. he, for the record, is not allowed to post on here but often tells me not to believe everything I read on here (about things like Tesco shopping et al).

This is how the Golds bank..
This is how the Golds bank..
VIPs would use a secret elevator operated by remote control to be whisked to private banking suites.
