I have had several trips in both F and J this year and I have no idea what crew was on the flight other than they were all professional friendly and did a great job.

Apologies, I was trying to reply to Gold77's and hit reply on your earlier one instead.

As noted above I understand they are not allowed to contractually.

The current lost of MF operated routes is as follows, though on occasion MF crew can be found on other routes.

Short haul
Kiev
Pisa
Las Palmas
Sofia
Stavanger
Luxembourg
Kos
Rhodes
Manchester
Hamburg
Lyon
Paris Orly
Vienna
Basle
Bologna
Helsinki
Oslo
Edinburgh/Ibiza

LONG HAUL

Tel Aviv
Baku
Nairobi
Abuja
Las Vegas
Kuwait
Abu Dhabi/Muscat
Miami
Lagos
Luanda
Chicago
Los Angeles
Rio de Janeiro
Seoul
Tokyo
Cape Town
Singapore/Sydney

Hope this helps, though as has quite rightly been pointed out, there should be no evidence of which crew is crewing a specific flight service level wise - it should all be of the same quality .

Regards

Not if Eurofleet is merged into it at the end of the current review to try and make it profitable

BA wouldn't want to. JFK is often done as a back to back (Two trips back to back with a LHR stay in the middle). This is one of the most economical uses of WW Fleet on their current agreements so BA will want to keep routes like this on WW.

MF is a very mixed bag IME. Coming back from LAX last week, I had the most pathetic breakfast "serivice" I've ever encountered on flight. First I was offered a small bowl of fruit. Then... nothing for 20 minutes when I was being offered coffee or tea. Then another 15 minutes before someone asked if I would like a glass of juice or a smoothie. 1 hour after I was given the fruit bowl someone came around with a bread basket. Then there was a mad rush to collect everything before landing. An absolute zoo.

This is not going to happen.

Chicago will return to Worldwide Fleet from the start of the Winter schedules, as part of a back to back trip.

Washington will also be Worldwide Fleet, also part of a back to back. IAD/IAD back to backs every day in the winter.... that will not be a popular trip!

This does mean that MF will probably get at least one other route for the winter to replace ORD. IMO it should be a mid USA night stop such as IAH/DFW/DEN as they have nothing like that at the moment and the route swaps are aiming to be a fair share and variety of destinations.

Looking at the list I had WW crew then on my flight from ATL and the female crew member looking after me in F was so hot she was sizzling, and as a bonus fantastic at her job.

Don't think there is much to it....the everyday reality is that it won't make much difference what fleet/division of crew operate a given flight in terms of customer service. It certainly shouldn't influence an individual's choice of flight or route (even if does influence which routes some pilots request ).

The one thing all fleets have in common are good and bad apples. That is one thing that remains unchanged !

May I ask how a back to back works? Surely the flying time would be out of hours if the crew simply flew out and came straight back again?

They aren't literally flights back to back. they still get a local night downroute too e.g. LHR - IAD (nightstop) IAD - LHR Overnight - LHR (nightstop) LHR - IAD (nightstop) IAD - LHR Overnight and then air kisses and home

Sounds fun! Thanks for clearing that up for me
