I have checked on ANA, but all I got is 'not applicable'

KHV-ICN 25DEC10

I looked up blackout dates for OZ and it says 27-31DEC, so 25th should be ok.

If anybody could check on EF, I'd greatly appreciate that - C preferred, but Y is ok too.

Hmmm, it's not looking too promising. Not a terribly broad and scientifc sample, but I checked ZRHGRU with Pune on a couple of days:

08JUN:
EF shows O2 and I9
ANA shows F0 and J>=4
ICC see no F, and C available
AC/CO via awardnexus show nothing direct

10JUN:
EF: O2, I0
ANA: nothing
ICC: nothing

J availability EF vs ANA seems to more or less tie up, but F is much different. Annoying, as there is loads of F availability on EF, and absolutely none on ANA.

Yes that is correct. LX routinely has more availability for it's own M&M members then for *A partner awards. We get the LX award availability by directly connecting to the LX host for several years.

In fact, we just called LX directly and confirmed the 2 First class awards for LX 92 on 10 Jun.

I wondered if is was to do with M&M-only availability, but that's a bit odd that it doesn't show in KVS. I've never used KVS for M&M award searching though, so I don't know how it does it.

Either way, I'll stick to ANA! Oh well, back to the drawing board...

Not visible to KVS, perhaps, but they were and still are shown as available if I search on www.miles-and-more.com.

Actually, it looks like LX is 'playing' with availability, based on the POS/M&M account country (http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Factors).

This looks like the explanation.

My M&M account is registered to my US address, but when I found availability at miles-and-more.com earlier I had logged in under Germany/German.

Checking again, without clearing any cookies: if I log in as USA/English I cannot see availability. A minute later, logged back in as Germany/German, I can... No idea, of course, what would happen if I actually wanted to book this.
