They are loaded, they just haven't made redemption seats available yet. (On those dates at least)

I have Air France points that I can use on JNB to NBO and is showing availability on that day.
Can you check if the Swiss flight has two seats in Business please?
Thanks

There's also X9 (Coach) but you probably don't want to know this!

You'll have to take it up with ExpertFlyer LX 293 Availability
Yep, definately something amiss Seat Plan

My interpretation is that LX are willing to let the entire (as yet empty) cabin be booked as award flights.
I wonder if it is actually a slight wrinkle based on NBO currently being served by a 2 class aircraft.

Well I guess we'll find out if SRA tries to book 2 F seats! By the way, I should have said that your connections to LHR or LCY are wide open - I9 X9 across the board.
And if you do manage to book all this and get from JNB to LON on award tickets at the end of June then I will stand well and truly corrected on the "no chance" comment!

Hey there -- long time lurker requesting some assistance here! (I have learned so much from this website, but I don't have an EF subscription (yet)!)
Trying to hunt down a flight in C from LHR to SFO for 21/22/23/24 December. Through the ANA tool, I can see that there's availability in C with LH via MUC on the 22nd, but I'd like to know if I have any options with LX -- particularly since I've heard that this latter has a better product for transatlantic crossings. (Though this would require three legs since LX does not operate ZRH-SFO flights as noted above...is there another/better routing with availability that is advisable?)
Thanks very much in advance!

NZ fly LAX-LHR direct. They have great business seats (like VS and AC).
There is availbility in C for all of the required days.
There are available SFO-LAX flights with UA in F (that has a good connection time to the NZ flight) in 22 Dec (4 hours), 23 Dec (5.5 hours) 24 Dec (2 or 3 hours).
Edit
Oops... I gave you the routing for SFO-LHR and not for LHR-SFO.
I found these flights available for Dec 24:
US729 LHR1205 PHL1540 (operated by A332 - may have the new envoy suite)
US701 PHL1800 SFO 2124
------------------------------
BD101 LHR0645 AMS0905
UA909 AMS1055 ORD1320 (new business)
UA137 ORD1505 SFO1745 (operated by international 777 - you may ask DC for F seat on that flight)
------------------------------
These are according to CO website
According to ANA on Dec 24:
UA955 LHR1115 SFO1420 (old F class - operated by 777)
Hope I helped - let us know what you choose!

Hmm, are you finding these on the ANA tool, because they're not showing up for me from London to San Francisco (though I think I did see a UA F seat from SFO to LHR on 22 Dec...)
Any other help appreciated (since the previous poster appears to have gotten the routing backwards)..
Thanks again!

Amazing! Will consider the US and the UA options -- is there any other way of seeing LX availability other than on EF? The second option has a very early departure from LHR...
Also considering MUC-SFO on the 22nd just to escape this weather a bit sooner.
Any thoughts on LH's product in comparison? I've recently dumped BA as my primary carrier...
