Hi Thanks for response!

Apologies if this has been explained elsewhere, but please could you explain what the availability codes mean, e.g. CS+ / CS-.

I am assuming that the - indicates no availability?

Putting together what is likely to be my last redemption for a while. Simply not flying enough these days.

Have already booked two seats
DUB / FRA / IAH on LH business, and
IAH / SJO (Costa Rica) on CO First (which I imagine will be the same as CO USA domestic first class - nothing special)

Now sorting the return.

Have found SJO / EWR - 2 seats in CO First. Getting back to DUB, there is LH business availablity. Would love SQ, but only economy showing on ANA. Would a kindly Expert or M&M check Swiss for me please:

Outbound flight: New York (JFK Intl. Apt.) - Dublin via Zurich

Thu. 22.04.2010 18:00 JFK - 08:05 +1 ZRH LX 17 Business

Fri. 23.04.2010 09:20 ZRH - 10:35 DUB LX 400

Looking for two seats in business for 22 or 23 April.

Anyone tried this service? Is it the new seats?

One final question. I am 16K miles short and have already bought my alllocated miles for the year. Can a DC friend buy miles for me?

Many thanks

8 seats in I on LX17 and 9 on LX400 on 22/23Apr.

I think there's a thread over on the Swiss forum that discusses which routes have the new C cabin.

If you've bought your miles for the year maybe you could sign up a family member with a new DC account and then merge them into a household account?

Re: The miles - the max is 24k miles total bought or gifted, so you'll have to wait until Jan 1st when the new miles year starts if you want more and have maxed out already.

22/4 - 8 business seats available on your selected flight.
23/4 - 9 business seats on your connecting flight.

In the middle of the World Cup??? No chance at all I'm afraid. Swiss shows availability from Nairobi on that day but getting from JNB to NBO would need to be a revenue ticket (expensive).
