You can easily check this for yourself on ANA.

Yes. And F without a punitive surcharge.

See the forum FAQs for this and much, much more.

Apologies didn't mean to take the proverbial just didn't have access to a desktop at the time.

Looking for 2 business tickets to Phuket on Feb 5th. Best I got is with Thai Air from Zurich (not starting from UK to avoid departure tax).

Anyone else come up with a better route or airline?

Cheers ^

Hey I am looking for a flight from London to Delhi (upper class but business will suffice preferred) going out on 2nd or 3rd and coming back on 6th February. Best I found on ANA was Austrian or Lufthansa but this involves a change and there is no First (Upper) Class available.

- For Virgin it says RQ. Any idea what this means?
- Is there any way of finding out how much the taxes on a reward flight will be? Virgin are doing a pretty good deal if you purchase the flight directly.

Thanks for the help in advance.

You do realise that what Virgin Atlantic call 'Upper Class' is actually a business product don't you?

I don't think he does. Neither do quite a few non frequent fliers I have met.

Nor do they realise what a complete waste of miles redemptions on VS are

You cannot check VS award availability on ANA -- it will always show RQ for all VS flights.

Is there any way to check avaiability for DC redemptions on Virgin Atlantic?

Sign up for a Flying Club account on virginatlantic.co.uk and you can use this account to check reward availability for VS flights. IME it's then more than likely that DC will have the same availability. YMMV

I have been checking prices for LHR-MUN and although LH quote from £49 each way, no fares come in at under £98 e/w, so I used ANA to search for reward seats, of which there are plenty. Is it worth using DC miles for zone 1 flights or is it a waste?

Only you can decide if it is worth it or not, but of that £98 about two thirds of the price is is taxes and fees so your miles are only going to buy you about £33 discount.
