Sometimes people write silly things; this doesn't mean you need to respond. Don't feed the trolls.
General queries (e.g. Which airline is best from A to B?) are to be posted in the Star Alliance Forum, even if the ultimate reason for the posting is to inform a bmi redemption decision.
