HKG-SIN seems to be a backtracking but you can always try

The most direct routing should be EDI-FRA-SIN-MNL or EDI-LHR-SIN-MNL

HKG-SIN-MNL could be allowed only as one travel IMO

thats what I feared, but I'm trying to get to both Hong Kong and Manila and in the absence of any direct flight, I'm not sure if I can do it at all.

You could take Cebu Pacific Air flights between HKG and MNL : it's very cheap

You could organize your travel with two one way awards :

1) EDI-XXX-XXX-HKG

then a Cebu Pacific Air flight HKG-MNL (http://www.cebupacificair.com/)

2) MNL-XXX-XXX-EDI

you can add a stopover at each of your award (SIN or BKK for example)

help request!

Hello all. I am hoping someone can help me with the following for LX

2 x C seats for
2/10/11- LX381 (MAN-ZRH) then LX180 (ZRH-BKK)

16/10 LX181 (BKK-ZRH) then LX394 (ZRH-BKK)

Am ultimately trying to get to SGN and it seems the main routing is through BKK (assume SIN out due to wanting C..). Have looked and found some availability on ANA with Thai but does anyone have any other suggestions for routing?

Much appreciated
