Instacart, spend $50+ get 2,500 MR, up to 2x. Expires 12/31/19. Found this on my BBP.

Looks like groceries are marked up a bit plus there's a delivery charge. However, there's a $15 off the first order so maybe it offsets the markup and delivery charge. Never used instacart but will get it a try to earn 50x.

This worked for me even though I used the non-corp site.

I use Instacart all the time with my Amex Gold to get 4X (including on Costco groceries). I also got an Instacart offer to spend 50$ or more and get $25 back up to twice on my BBP which is a heck of a deal. I will for forego the extra 2x points the next two times I use Instacart to get $25 back each time.

Safe Travels

I've used it before. Just make sure you don't buy anything that easily to be eaten by the delivery driver. Serious.

I've used them 3 times (via Fry's food), and in one occasion, the driver and her companion ate 2 chicken wings out of my 8 pack of deli-fried chicken. They probably didn't think I would notice because I purchased 6 packs. They tried to conceal it. I threw it away since I know their hands were in it.

I plan to use this new amex offer while staying at a hotel by the airport next month. But, only for food that would look obvious if someone opened.

On edit: got the offer on platinum

I am thinking that Instacart might become a bigger partner on refreshed Green or some of the other cards. When I see these type of AmEx offers, I tend to feel that it is part of a larger AmEx partnership, but I don't know for sure.

Very widely distributed offers. Minimal targeting approach. Not the usual repeating offers.

I got either statement credit or pats on Staples offers as recently as 2nd week of Sept by buying VGC. Also received statement credit on retention offer with go bought at restaurants.
I agree on the offers, I got the $25 at Staples just fine. But what about the 5X points at office supply stores on the Simply Cash Biz card? Any issues there?

does anyone know when you are working on meeting minimum spend on a card how the credits from amex sync offer affects it? If I spend $50 on instacart and get $25 back do I have $50 counting towards minimum spend or $25? Thanks!
