I got and signed up for a 150k offer with 20k spending in 3 months. I'm happy with that offer, and should be able to hit the requirements with a little work.

Regular mail, addressed to an LLC that I had registered several years ago and had done nothing else with.

I got the targeted 100k offer for the business platinum, but it has the 12 month rule for business gold, which I canceled in June 2013. So am I ineligible for this? That would be a bummer, its the 1st time ever I got a targeted offer.

As I understand the offer has two phases. Spend $10,000 to earn 100,000 points. Spend an additional $10,000 to earn an additional 50,000 points. Total spend $20,000, total reward 150,000 points.
