Let's hope things begin to improve and if not we continue to press the FA's to follow company policy.

So there you have it.

@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG No #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Full #PDBServed
@AmericanAir 08/18 AA123 ORG Limited #PDBServed

This allows all PDB service to be posted, good, bad, and otherwise. This should show AA that we feel this is a desired service. Maybe if someone gets energetic, a summary post could be done, maybe weekly?

ORD-SAN 9/4 AA1168 - 737-800 full PDB service offered. Had water but could have had anything. Crew did dinner orders and first drink order pre-departure. Overall crew was very good.

SNA-ORD 9/7 AA2420 - 737-800 tray of water offered before flight, after departure drink order taken. Crew sat in crew seats for 40 minutes after departure (smooth air). Overall worst crew I have had in first class in last 10 years.

AA187 - ORD-PEK - Standard PDB of Champagne, Water, Juice. 3 top offs before takeoff and the best darn service ever (for me) on an AA flight. FA worked hard the entire flight filling drinks, offering snacks, all with a great attitude and smile. Gave her two applause certs - one for great service. One for a great attitude. Funny thing, she seemed surprised and delighted she got them which made it any better.

AA2543 LAX-DFW on 789 water or juice only even though it was an afternoon flight. Did not come around for a full 60 minutes after departure with drinks. I asked for a 2nd vodka and the FA seemed put out. Never came back after meal service. AA2711 DFW-IND full PDB, excellent service, came by every 10-15min, AAplause delivered.

It's funny how the service on a beat up 737 with (broken) flip down screens is way better than a brand new Dreamliner.

HNL-LAX - LAA A321B - NO PDB. Nada. Zilch. Pathetic, with no reason why.
LAX-DEN - Compass E175 - PDB of choice!

Didn't you get the memo? Lots of "anger" out there because the 787 is a wide-body with lots more premium-cabin passengers, and there's more work to do without more pay.

I've always received a full PDB service on the 772 DFW-MIA, whereas the 737s and 767s on the same route are lucky to get anything at all. Anything for an excuse...
