Lol. Did you expect seats for the inaugral flight to be available to the general public?
If you MUST, the return NH183 departing friday 24/05 from HNL has 3 economy seats remaining. Grab one if you MUST. Outbound, United has economy award space on friday 24/05 NRT-HNL, so you can go out to HNL on UA using miles and come back on ANA same day turn in HNL.

The lady said the flight is not yet in the system as NH184 on 24 May.
So much contradictory information.
If they had intended to do a charity event they would have done it like Singapore Airlines where we all bought seats of our own choice with flyers pooling together to buy groups of seats in different classes.
This thing about the sold out flight that never appeared online is rather strange. Never seen anything like it ever before. I am not sure where you got this.
I will keep trying.
Worse comes to worst I can go down to Toulouse to see the plane. Delivery isn't until March there will be plenty of test flights and photo oportunities.

This is what I received a couple of hours ago. From instinct looking at the picture it seems they are selling package tours with the inaugural flight with sales appearing on the reservation system from 10 January 2.00 PM Japan time.

Info from expertflyer - NH184 is now showing 388 and there is availability on later dates.
No chance to get this flight to appear on the ANA or United booking website tho...
No dice for 24/5 NH184 however
Seatmaps are also showing up, pretty empty:

Better count on Japanese uncle Intel than on any forums.

Second image is about when the A380 appears in the booking system (Jan 4th) and when first class and ANA couch can be booked. (Jan 10th)
So apart from the tour package for AMC members, nothing about how to get on the inaugural Honolulu flight.

Edit: new bookings still show 787, but the ANA website still says the A380 should be in the system from the 4th.

This one is about the same tour package as in the previous image.
First image is about a Flying Honu Party for the people on the inaugural flight.
Second image is about when the A380 appears in the booking system (Jan 4th) and when first class and ANA couch can be booked. (Jan 10th)

Me thinks it will all be out on January 10 with First and Couchii. Why should they have different classes out for buying on different days. Does not sound logical at all. Makes more sense to have it all in the system showing at once.
Will speak with ANA Paris tomorrow see if they have anything new.
I want to make a day trip to Toulouse when my Airbus uncles tell me the Honu is back in Toulouse and testing action has begun. Would be nice if they had #2 Honu for the Paris Air Show displays. Would make great advertisement for both ANA and Airbus. I suggested it to the test flight center team. Let's see if it will happen.
Something should get moving soon. If I have anything I will post.

Looking at the translated page from my own understanding
The way I see it is...
A380 flights are placed in the system 4 January for release to the public from 10 January at 3.00 PM Japan time.
