Bummer that he referred to me as a 75k when hopefully, any day now, I will finally be recognized as the 100k that I am!
Nice gesture, though. Especially considering I wasn't directly impacted by any of the disruptions earlier this month.

I haven’t been on an AS jet since late Oct (not per plan; AS cancelled our 28 Dec SEA-MKE trip), and I’m probably cancelling my SEA-IAD flight for Sun afternoon, but I’m certainly not complaining about this

I received the email with the 5K miles. My appointed MVP got the email with 1,200 miles. I imagine gold is around 2,500?
If some elites didn’t receive it as intended, perhaps the reason others like myself did is due to being disrupted during that final week of December and 1st week of January. I had several delays and cancellations for my family and I trying to navigate via SEA. If you also experienced disruptions but no email, you definitely deserve those miles too and should ring up customer care.
5K eqms could easily make or break a tier especially if there no longer will be any bonuses for this upcoming year as of now.

EDIT: I was caught in the wave of weather cancellations after Christmas. Also received the apology video too.

I got mine - I had a flight delayed for mechanical issues and had to be rebooked due to missing a connection. It was during the crazy meltdown so I guess that's why I got it. At first I thought it was 5000 RDMs which was okay but EQMs are much more appreciated.
