No letter and no miles for my daughter, whose SFO - DCA flight was canceled due to lack of crew during that early Jan disaster. She did not get out until the next day but has no status. Nada. This was during the time it was impossible to get a call back and it was faster to drive to the airport b/c rebooking online wasn't working and the auto-rebook had a long layover instead of the direct flight!
