2/4/20 SFO-ORD AS 1204 Gold Upgrade cleared at T-3ish hours
I was second on the list after check in, then #1 cleared overnight with four seats still showing open. The rest of us disappeared off the upgrade list a few hours before the flight. First time in the refurbed A320!
edit: got it on the return too

2/1/20 SFO-JFK AS 110 MVPG R class, Didn't clear #2 on waitlist
SDC to the late night redeye in the afternoon, ranked #4 with 4 F seats for sale. Later, 2 cleared around T-2h, but mine didn't.
At least I got a whole row in Premium and slept reasonably well. I am surprised there are so many elites for a Saturday night redeye on AS though.

6 trascon flights in a span of 7 days, only 1 didn't clear (the red-eye) - all R fares purchased around 1 month prior to departures.
1/29 AS363 T-72 upgraded to F
1/31 AS334 did not clear
2/1 AS425 T-72 upgraded to F
2/2 AS410 T-2 upgraded to F
2/2 AS657 T-72 upgraded to F
