Wonderful enhancements this morning.

1. flight pass accesss still not possible
2. online check-in unavailable both on website and on app
3. Altitude dashboard is a mess with no data populating at all

Well done AC. Christmas bonuses for both IT provider and the senior management! Grrr.

I'd be willing to bet the problem is with your browser.

Yeah, he's not using Netscape 4. If that doesn't work, try Mosaic

Flight pass site is broken on two computers and a phone for me, with 2-3 browsers used on each, so I don't think the browser is the problem there.

Altitude site issues should be fixed by using Incognito in Chrome.

Can't speak to OLCI.

That's odd. It's working for me. It's been working all morning.

This happens to my wife frequently; very similar to what people are describing here: flight pass not working, stuff just not displaying, OLCI failing, etc. She has pretty much the same machine and configuration as me, on the same network. If I let her do it on my machine it always works perfectly.

What she experiences sure appears to be a browser problem. I've tried a few times to narrow down the cause without success. It's very frustrating (for her).

But if you're getting the same problems on multiple platforms/browsers it does make it seem very improbable that it's a browser issue.

I'm talking about buying a new FP, using the flight pass site to make a new purchase.

But I did try signing in via Manage My Flight Passes and then using the link within there to purchase a new one.

That worked. But the regular way to buy a new FP is still broken.

Yup. I've been able to do seat selection on upgraded bookings via the regular manage bookings tool though, at least.

I get home from work, make my nacho monstrosity, grab a Sleemans Honey Brown and start to work on the family get away. Three days in a row and Aeroplan gives me this at 9:33pm in Victoria.

Sorry

Haven't you heard? The internet needs 5 hours to reset itself each night at midnight ET.

Reminds me of the Manulife site which has "hours" and literally shuts down at 9pm PST during the week and is only "open" for a few hours on Sundays.

Has anyone noticed that Altitude and Aeroplan seem to share the same back-end?

AC has a few years to sort that out before they launch their own frequent flyer program. If it will be any thing like the AC website they should start soon or it may take till 2022 before it is operational.
