That is EXACTLY the response I've had.
They "invited" me to contact AE instead.
AE said "IF" I had met all the criteria ... I would get a message "soon".
I sent them this screenshot from my dashboard.

There is a notice on the Altitude page saying that benefits must be selected before 31 October, which will be hard to do unless invited by then!

First time posting. Same story again here and it's just for my first, lowly, 25k... Hit it Oct 20 and was only hoping to have a free bag or two for a family trip next week. Thinking I may be out of luck.

At least that was the case for me! I would say your status will be reflected on your BP next week, and you will be able to avail of the privileges.

I don't think so! If your flight was on the 20th it is very likely that your AQM/AQS/AQD will post before the 31st, and status will update at the same time.

update - after an exchange on SM, they swept me.
Still clear as mud about how retroactivity might be applied.
If I choose E35K for a friend, and not 75% bonus AQM, will they claw back my 50% bonus from year-to-date?
Actually, since I can't use all my eUps by Feb 2020, I may take the E35K for friend and the 75%.
Just happy to see the red banner at the moment!

Does anybody know when AC sends out welcome packages for people who hit early qualification?
I hit P25K a little over two weeks ago, and I still haven't even received an email from AC about my new status. It is showing on my Altitude dashboard though, and I have already selected my privileges.
Basically waiting only on the lounge passes to come in the mail given that we don't receive a physical card anymore.

I am not flying on AC again until January, so I will have to burn up those passes on that trip before they expire in February!

Also, how do I get the digital card? There's no option to get it from the Air Canada iOS app.

The ability to see your digital card is gone for the next 80 days or so while they finish developing the new app. Your status kicks in immediately, and you should see Prestige 25K on your Altitude dashboard.

Yup I see the change in the dashboard. I picked the 35% off MLL membership but I didn't get the discount yet. No eupgrade credits either.

If I wasn't an AV geek planning this stuff out and checking the Altitude page, I wouldn't have even realized I reached P25K!

My eupgrade credits took a little while to post, but you should see them over the next week or so. I do find it very funny that they don't have a system that automatically emails new status members congratulating them or something (cheesy, I know), and detailing all of the new benefits they will have.
