The official cutoff is October 15, but historically, there are a few weeks of leeway. You should be fine.

Thanks!

I just crossed 100k AQM and have about 90% on AC metal.

The "you're about to reach a new Altitude status" thing on my dashboard is gone.

However I'm still E75k. Did not get bumped to s100k.

Do I need to wait for a sweep or something?

Edit: nevermind
It just swept at 3am. Selected my privileges and now back to bed I go.

For 2016, can somebody "confirm" that earning my 100k early would be ok if i have an itin which starts on the 15th and finishes on the 16th of October?

Nobody can "confirm" that.
Typically, they are processing early recognitions past the 15th, maybe a week or even two. Nobody is going to make any promises. Just wait and see. Your trip is when it is, right? If you could have passed the 100K earlier, you would have.

That's why it was in snare quotes.

I might be able to push up my return so it completes on the 15th or do a millage run while i am away over a weekend. I am trying to figure out if it is worth it to do any of those options. It sounds like I have nothing to worry about from what I have read and your comment.

Thanks.

It could be more helpful if your sig or your post indicated the status you were at and what difference it would make for you if you got early recognition vs just waiting until the next benefit year. Each situation is different; someone going from P25K to E50K with a ton of international travel from Nov-Feb would make a different decision than plans were to do a bunch of Rapidair with E35K locked in through March. Do you plan to IKK a bunch of trips, and whatever.

Hi all... first post.

My Altitude Dashboard is hanging at 48 AQS, despite showing my 49th and 50th flight in my Activity History.
Flight 47 and 48 posted the AQS to my total in 3 days. These last 2 AQS are now 5 days delayed.

I am flying to Bali tomorrow and really want my E50K privledges to kick in. What would cause such a long delay?

End of month flights usually take longer to post.

Hi all,

I am currently at 47981 AQM and have exceeded the 6000 AQD threshold. On Oct 11th I have a YYZ-IAH flight and return on Oct 14th. Unfortunately it is a Tango flight so both flight should get me around 1280 AQM. That puts me at very unfortunate 49261 AQM until Oct 15th.

Has anyone still received early recognition?

I have a YYZ-ZRH flight on Nov 3rd which will put me well above the 50k, but probably this is 2 weeks too late.

Are there any chances for me to still reach Early Recognition?

Thanks for your help!

If you want it that badly, call in now and up-fare your Tango flight to Flex.

Would say nil chance of early recognition even at 49,999.
More chance you'd get early 50K if you flew the additional 739 miles on Oct 29, say.
I agree with YOWgary. Just call and up-fare to Flex.

Thanks for your responses. Up-faring to Flex will probably cost me quite a bit so I will just let it be, not worth it.

I have had upflexes transpacific for as low as $100± probably worth the effort to call in unless you got a very cheap tango seat.
