Multi-segment bookings with points are no longer possible? The Android app seems to allow points bookings, but not the website. But no multi-segment option.

I can't eup anything. Error 803, I think. I also can't see upgrade availability for the return segment of a roundtrip flight when making a points booking.

Can't click the eupgrade buttons on any of my bookings on the iOS app nor the AC website.

Website not working for points.
Says no flights available while showing all the dates with the numbers of points, but it doesn't show anymore so there is to see the details, pick any or book anything.

Any alternative ways to book?

i've seen also different results for the same search. ex: i had some united austria choices but when re searching i only get results with flight starting with air canada and then star partner. unless i start from a US airport, i rarely see any star partner flights starting from canada.

At 7.44 PST i cannot sign on to aircanada or aeroplan, I insert my aeroplan number and it goes to blank screen for safari firefox and incognito

Can't seem to log in on Chrome this morning, it will send 2FA and kick me back to main screen Chrome (same with incognito); worked with Safari

Now the stupid site, which keeps insisting on 2FA, won't send codes to my email. SMS works fine.

Anyone know how to fix: "We're not able to validate your Aeroplan Elite Status at this time." when trying to book?

Tried a different browser didn't seem to help. Safe to just book as guest and add AE number post-booking?
