I went through this recently as well. It would error out at different stages, but same thing. And affected both the desktop website as well as the mobile version pulled up through the app.

I had actually called in before I checked EF, assuming it was a website problem, but the agent told me the seats I wanted were occupied. And EF confirmed they were occupied rather than blocked.

Had the same seat issue. The continue button not enables on website, or on the iPhone app a try again later message. Had to keep trying several window seats until one worked.

Aeroplan Website Issues?

Hi all,

I've been doing a series of searches for flights with Aeroplan points. Everytime I search for a round trip - it says no flights available. If I search it by one ways I get results.

Is this just a weird glitch? I get it for multiple trips/airports destinations. From this snip you can see that there even are available flights and there Aeroplan costs...

Am I doing this wrong somehow...?

There is literally nothing BCN-YEG on Dec 3. Try adjusting your return date. The 2nd and 4th both have flights.

Hello guys,

My father is on AC-82, this coming Wednesday.
He is booked in Y, and does not hold any status.

I was looking at available seats, and when loading the seat map, it curiously only shows the J & Y cabins, but not the PY!

In fact, if you try to book that flight, it will only sell Y & J- which in and of itself is not unusual if the PY cabin is booked up.
But even the seat map for the flight doesn't show that cabin as even existing.
This seems odd to me, I doubt that the entire PY cabin was booked as a group.

Anyone know what's up?

I'm curious because my father has bid for an upgrade to PY.

Flight looks pretty full and PY cabin is showing no available seats for sale

PY is just booked full. I wouldn't read into it.

I think I have had an edge case event breaking the AC website.

Booked my ticket through ACV +AC rouge (rookie mistakes, still regretting my poor life choses), e-up requested, waitlisted outside of clearance window.
Flight time changed, won't let me confirm it (acknowledge the changes) through AC website (since it's booked through TA), the flight got split into two flight segment (on the same day on the same plane)one with my original class, the other being the Holding (waitlisted) in R class.

So, did they clear my eup while rescheduling my flight?

I don't even know what is going on anymore.

Cowtool seem to have the most accurate answer showing TK (confirmed, time change) on my original seat and TN (holding need, time change) on my waitlisted holding.

They did not clear it. TK/TN sounds right. I'd actually see if AC res can clean that up, but if not, you need to call the TA.

Just went to login to the website since my connect8ng flight is delayed. I immediately got a message that my account was locked for the next 30 minutes!

Trying to check in and getting error message "ssci-message.message.1011.title ssci-message.message.1011.description" on a 3-segment flight (YOW-YUL, YUL-LHR, LHR-OSL), 24 h before first segment. Called AC and was told that the problem was the international segment, and that I needed to try 24 h before the international segment. (That has never been an issue before, but ok.) Tried that, and still no luck. Any ideas?

Tried to book revenue flight bru-yul-bru.
Got to payment page. applied an e-coupon i had , the rest on amex. The airplane spins... I " temporary problems unable to complete [err-]. Although google shows the charge/hold on my phone.

Tried again without e-coupon identical result.

And, to boot...... my e-coupon now shows used .

not looking forward to the phone time this is going to take to get resolved.. ARGH !!
