As of July 2022, MLLs appear to be largely back to normal operations.

Ordering to the table has been shut down, with most MLLs offering self-serve buffets similar to what was available pre-COVID.

Note that the EWR MLL has been permanently shut down as a result of changes/construction at EWR.

Showers
YYZ​​​​​​ int - closed (Aug 12. They claimed all showers closed at YYZ but I was only at int.)
YVR tb - open
YVR int - open
YUL int - open

Yeah I recall my AC flight 2 month prior was delayed to about 9pm, and the YYZ US lounge closes at 7:30pm and they kicked everyone out.

YVR Transborder MLL at 0700...Maybe 2/3rds full

No lineup to get in, no hot food available via QR code either... can't remember if it was like that in December last time I was here
(edit - per wife no hot breakfast in Dec either)

FRA lounge this weekend: seemed pretty normal. Self-serve hot (soup, noodles, chicken in tomato sauce) and cold (sandwiches, individual salads in jars, pretzels) food, and bar (wine and spirits in bottles, beer in draft, non-alcoholic beer in bottles). Like the airport generally, masking optional. Got to about 1/2 full leading up to the FRA-YYZ flight.

The first pic... was that while outside of the MLL on the deck? I can't believe I didn't know we could go out on the deck. I'm such a FOTSG.

I guess the Asian part was the crunchy noodle pieces on top of the lettuce. Mixed with a sickly sweet dressing.
