Feature Requests / Bug Reports
 • More direct links to partner airline "manage booking" pages
 • For points bookings, show how many points were used
 • Sometimes when you have UN segments, it doesn't show the entire PNR
 • How about a one tool using the other: PNR lookup tool could show R space available Y/N if pax isn't already upgraded.
 • Can seat # be a clickable link to carrier manage booking/seat?
 • Display ticket create date/time, helpful to know when reticketed due to schedule change.

Bleh.

Mind sharing your booking reference and last name with me? I have no idea how it's negative.

Thanks for sharing it. It's fixed now.

Integer overflow multiplying cost in cents by distance in miles. I didn't have a PNR that expensive in my test suite

I've been getting this message for a while now on a PNR that has had some changes made to it. Any ideas on what would cause it? The message is pretty generic.

An error occurred. Check your input and try again.
The PNR comes up fine on aircanada.com.

If you send it to me I can take a look. Generally speaking, it means your PNR has something unique I haven't seen before.

First of all, thanks to Scott for producing this tool. I have found it extremely useful. As you are asking for more test cases, I have a situation whereby a single ticket and PNR was split into 2 tickets but on 1 PNR. The PNR viewing tool only shows the recently created SN ticket number despite AC confirming that the 014 ticket remains for the AC segment. (I called AC to confirm that they still had the original 014 ticket number).

Thoughts?

The last one of these I looked at, I wasn't able to find any reference to the original ticket.

So for the other case - and your experience - will:

1) My SE status be recognized on the PIL; and
2) Will miles for this flight be credited towards MM?

Neither of those questions have anything to do with ticket numbers.

In both cases, as long as your FQTV is populated (it is) and you're on AC metal (you are for 2 segments), the answer is yes.

That would have been mine. Same thing showed on the aircanada.com site BTW. However we had no issue checking in and flying. BPs showing the correct ticket number.

However, of the two tickets (and reservations) somehow for one (mine) I did not get the miles credited, while my wife, exact same situation, did. Not quite two weeks yet so too early to file a request.

A very useful tool.

I was checking an upcoming trip and one of my flights shows a "UN" status. No doubt due to some rescheduling tomfoolery. Yet another call to 'clean up' a reservation is needed I guess.

But still nice to know in advance. Thanks Cow.

As a data point for others who experience this, the AC segment showed a 014 ticket number as did the boarding pass.

Again, a sincere thank you canadiancow for the prompt answers and for the work you have done creating/maintaining this tool.

I've added a coupon status column. There are lots of statuses I've never heard of: https://servicehub.amadeus.com/c/por...n-status-codes (thanks D582)

As requested, meal information. Amusingly, none of my Aeroplan bookings are showing a meal for AC flights

My FP bookings are. I have no regular bookings.

Edit: Comparing this to the previous screenshot, I now understand why I lost my seat assignments on the E75/E70. They downgauged it.
