Feature Requests / Bug Reports
  • More direct links to partner airline "manage booking" pages
  • For points bookings, show how many points were used
  • Sometimes when you have UN segments, it doesn't show the entire PNR
  • How about a one tool using the other: PNR lookup tool could show R space available Y/N if pax isn't already upgraded.
  • Can seat # be a clickable link to carrier manage booking/seat?
  • Display ticket create date/time, helpful to know when reticketed due to schedule change.

It's just part of your status code. It should be visible in all 1A systems. Just like AC can see if you're, for example, OZ Diamond (in addition to just being OZ*G).

They tack on a letter at the end for the different credit cards:

R - Black primary holder
Q - Black secondary holder
C - Slate primary holder
E - Silver primary holder

I'm surprised they bother with C/E though because AFAIK there are no "benefits" of those cards.

But I don't view this much differently than MM. My full status code is SMR for SE MM Black. But almost every publicly facing AC system just shows me as "Aeroplan Super Elite", because it starts to get really obnoxiously long.

"Aeroplan Super Elite" is already a bit long, but "Aeroplan Super Elite Million Miler Black Credit Card Holder" just takes up too much space

This is great. Thanks for the context and for the work on this helpful tool.

So in my case, if the Slate is a secondary holder and not primary, that wouldn't theoretically show up on the status code? Secondary holders would receive free bags, too.

Hmm, maybe it would?

I haven't had any examples though, so I don't know what the code is.

I forgot that the lower cards have some airport benefits.

I have a PNR with a passenger who's 50K and Slate Secondary if you care for the data point. Lmk.

Huh looks like "O" is the indicator for a secondary slate card. (I'll update the tool later)

Now I need someone with a secondary silver card...

Happy to help. And O wouldn't be the code for a general member who doesn't have a credit card at all since it's tacked on?

No. I'd have to check again, but I think general members are A, so it would be AO or something like that.

Just tested the original link on a PNR with 3 people, Black card, black secondary and nothing. Works perfect, this is an awesome tool.

"A" is member with no status. "O" is a qualifier that means they're a secondary slate cardholder.

AO is non-status member with a secondary slate card.

You can have AO or A, but not O on its own.

Fair to assume that this status code in 1A is what the airline uses to determine elite- or credit card-included benefits like baggage?

Feature request: show any special meals that have been ordered.

I feel like they're haven't been many useful updates to this in a while. Someone's getting lazy.
