I can now see my Air Canada operated flights via SQ app - and AC app now reflects the same booking ref as SQ had all along.
SQ let’s you OLCI for your flight 48 hours in advance... might AC move to the same approach?

Concierge just told me that old and new PNR’s are not linked, and that they will use other methods (AP#, name, ticket #, flight #) to find reservations when the system comes back up.

You can see the new eUpgrade interface here:
https://www.aircanada.com/ca/en/aco/...rade-dashboard
Looks nice - the fact that it is finally responsive is a big plus.

All the PNRs for my 7 bookings have changed as expected. For 3 of these, other *A carriers (LX, TP, OS, SN) are involved and the AC PNR is now the one that already existed for those carriers. All my seats on these OTA have remained intact ^.
It is nice to be able to use CheckMyTrip for AC bookings now. As other have mentioned, I too had to put "mr" (or "m" if booking made by francophone agent) at the end of my first name to pull them up on CheckMyTrip.
So far so good. I'm not complaining (yet as I don't have any flights for another 2 weeks).

Check Your eUpgrade Balance
For those who are supposed to receive additional eUpgrade credits today for crossing a threshold or FP activities, make sure you check your eUpgrade account balance. In my case, I was only awarded 2 credits for crossing a threshold level for which I should have received 20.
Worse yet, even those two credits have February 2020 expiry instead of 2021.

Hmmm. As far as I can tell they aren't posting the eUpgrade requirements (number of credits and copay required) anywhere anymore. As far as I can tell they just have this lovely statement:
"eUpgrade requirements are based on:
"eUpgrade requirements are based on:
- The cabin you wish to upgrade to: Premium Economy, Premium Rouge or Business Class
- The distance you travel
- The geographic market
- The fare you purchase
- Your Air Canada Altitude status

It's probably just a transitional thing, but some upcoming reservations are now showing up as cancelled.
The PNRs appear to be in the old format, so I suspect that there are reservations just with the new Amadeus PNRs.
