Please do not call! (1st rule of FT and Welcome!)

If you made the booking and it says it charged you the taxes, then sit tight and hope for the best.

HKG - JFK via FRA on SQ J and LH J

I don't actually have a tix # tho, gotta call in to find surcharge info.
Shouldn't be more than 700 rite? And if it falls through I still get refund rite>
should be $600-700+ because there are fuel surcharges now on AC, NH and LH

First of all, thanks!!

It was possible to book from YYT-YVR on Feb, 2012 for roundtrip for two.
Nomally it require 50k for one person for executive, but I only used 50k for two
person!!!!

Taxes and fuel charge was around $300, but I just checked the price for the same filgiht at www.aircanada.com and lowest Executive class was over $8000 for this flight!!! Wow!!

I will spend my winter break at Vancouver!! Thanks OPs^

I'm having difficulty finding LH TATL F availability for my mini. Won't give up though.

No way!! I gotta do that...maybe it can be worked into a mini rtw...

I've been in OZ J a couple times and had great experiences. I bet their F is one of the better soft products out there.

Mini-RTW in J is still sitting as 'unticketed'...

Decided to jump in and join the party!

Booked 3 tickets:

YYZ-TLV on Austrian in J for 80K (plus $647 in tax/SC - ouch I know, especially with the poor Austrian J seats, but such limited opportunities now to burn miles without paying the fuel surcharge that I still think it's worth it, since it's the only way I'm getting to TLV not stuck in Y)

YYZ-YVR in J for 25K (plus $156 in tax/SC)

YYZ-MCO one way in J for 17K (plus $56 in tax/SC)

Got confirmations on all of them, but will see how this plays out over the next few days. Fingers crossed we don't have a fight on our hands with AP!
