Damn, so many good hotels left Accor.... I was planning and looking forward to going to Novotel New York, Phukett, and really loved mercure Bratislava.

Oh well, at least this way it will be easier for me to continue boycotting Accor for still dealing with Russia.

I am slowly starting to consider moving completely to Hilton or JW Marriot or GHA Discovery loyalty programmes.

Mvenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket

Assuming the Mvenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket has left Accor - cant find anything that mentions it but it didnt come up on the list of hotels today that are excluded from earning points etc. so I googled it and it seems like its now known as Paradox Resort Phuket.

Not if I don't know the answer to the question, which derives from the inability to book either hotel after that date.

you just provided in this post the info that I (we) could have expected, i.e. you are trying to book after 31/12/22 and can't do it for an unknown reason and you want to know why.
Next time you want an answer on this forum, try to be accurate from the beginning and do not answer in a semi-rude manner when you are asked for additional info...

My response is purely logical, where the addition does not clarify the question. Rather, it merely explains how the question derived and has no bearing on the answer.
The main mystery of the situation is that the 2 hotels are located next to each other. This info would not constitute an elaboration either, as anyone with a potential answer would already know that.

That would imply either a deflag, a renovation or rates are not loaded (clumsy revenue management). Maybe call the hotel(s) and share what they say?
