It was a ‘Centennial Suite’ on a corner and was very spacious. The view overlooked The Fountain of Wealth on one side (see image) and a view of the city from the main windows. I am sure I had more images of the room, but I must have them on another device. It was a good stay but the lounge was my only (slight) gripe, however, I would suggest getting in earlier for evening drinks to ensure you get a good seat.

0/3 for suites. Got upgraded to an “executive king” which is meaningless at this hotel since lounge and bf are diamond benefits anyway. 24th floor overlooking Suntec.

I had a good stay here which was also my first Hilton stay as I'm generally more of a Marriott guy. Booked 3rd night free on FHR in the standard room. Contacted hotel to inquire about upgrades for Hilton Gold + FHR and managed to get them to give me exec lounge access. They also accommodated an 8am check-in which was amazing as I had just flown the JAL redeye from HND to SIN. Was able to go to my room, shower, and then go to the lounge and eat a tiny bit for breakfast before taking a nap. I forget exactly which room I was in but it was the floor below the lounge floor and it was the farthest room down the left side of the hall from the elevators, facing toward Marina Bay. It wasn't the actual room at the end of the hall which I presume was a suite. I thought the view was quite good given the limitations of pan pacific and mandarin oriental in the way.

Lounge offering was super weak compared to the JW but I got it free so I can't complain. I thought the room was actually quite good for Singapore which is well known to have issues with maintenance and general quality at even the luxury hotels. I did breakfast once in the restaurant and in the lounge the other times due to laziness. Used the $100 FHR credit for a couple lunches at Oscars which was ok given that it was free, but very unimpressive compared to other buffets in Singapore at similar price points. I guess the general trend I see is that the F&B game at this hotel is super weak but the hard product was quite good for the price.

Ended up being $680 USD for the 3 nights with the third night free, and I also had the AMEX offer for Conrad/WA stays so that was another $70 saved. For 3 nights, $100 of F&B, free lounge upgrade, high floor with one of the better views, and an 8am check-in that I seriously needed, I'm really happy with how the stay went.

If you are diamond then you can always check in at the executive lounge.

Conrad did nothing special for me, just the normal fruit plate plus chocolates.

Hilton SG has folded an elephant towel with a slice of cheesecake for birthday.

Doubletree JB gave me suite upgrade plus towel swans plus rose petals plus helium balloons for an anniversary stay, and Intercontinental SG has done helium balloons plus with decorated printouts plus signed card plus cake for baby celebration.

I got a small box of chocolates as a Diamond. Pretty much had the same view as nexusCFX.

I'm Diamond. I received an upgrade to the Centennial Suite from the basic room at the Conrad. I also received a nice card and chocolate for my birthday. I was more than happy.

Oh yeah I forgot about the card... Here's the night view from my room. I will definitely stay here again.

Thank you ALL for sharing .

I hope I will see a seal box of chocolate with a happy anniversary card in the room this time when we stay at Conrad again , not the open small pieces chocolate which sits in the wooden plate like last time . My husband said ( when he saw them ) the small open chocolate pieces make he think they are left over from previous guest who stay in this room before us . And he think Conrad should do better then that . I know he prefers the chocolate pieces in the seal box or in it original seal .

By the way, how do you able to come up to floor 31 to do the check in up there without the room key . I will be back to stay at Conrad this time again in a few week, I would like to do check in / check out at executive lounge . Do you just go up to floor 31 and do check in there.

Can't argue with the chocolate logic! And Happy Anniversary!

As for checking in at the EL level, I have simply let the greeting staff discreetly know that I was a DIA and wished to check in at the EL and then I have been escorted up by someone. Getting up to the 31st requires key card access.

Have a quick 1-night stay during layover in Singapore. 401 SGD all in including taxes on a FHR rate feels like great value, considering the $100 credit.

This is one of the properties where Amex FHR offers 3rd night free so if by chance you need a stay of exactly 3 nights it can get even better, about 800 SGD including taxes for 3 nights which averages down to 267 SGD per night, without mentioning the 100 USD credit too.

There is no need to mention DIA, just say if you could complete the checkin process at the 31st floor. The staff will understand.
