Don't really understand why companies don't proactively inform customers when there are issues. Wouldn't it be simpler to send an e-mail to everybody telling us the points will be posted several weeks late due to XX reason and that the $150 off coupon you were promised will also be late by YY amount of time? Instead each person calls Comenity then Virgin America and nobody has a clue other than whatever system was working fine before is apparently not working now.
Maybe they need to negotiate with Alaska to be able to accept the coupons beyond the end of the year...who knows.

The points I had posted were just taken away tonight. The VX call center has already gone down hill since the acquisition announcement and the opening of the new Denver office. Have talked to some pretty clueless agents in the last week on the "gold" line while trying to change flights booked with the VX visa and in dealing with this points issue. A supervisor today said that a memo just came out to tell people to call Comenity as VX can't do anything. Comenity says to call VX. I guess the points will post some day.

I have not received my points for March, either. Now April's statement should be upon us. I have not received the $150 Companion Ticket. I've paid my side of the agreement, it's time for them to live up to theirs.

But there's nothing we can do about it if they don't fix it. What are we gonna do, take them to small claims court over points???
