FC preordering works
My first chance to pre-order a FC meal SAT-EWR on Thursday and I was pleasantly surprised that the FA did not ask me what I wanted between the eggs and waffles, but only took my drink order. My egg scramble arrived as ordered, along with a nice fresh fruit cup (NOT Dole) and even a good number of (!? blueberries! The FA made sure that my prosecco glass was refilled frequently. Good service.

Looks like cubes of mystery meat. I've never had much luck with their egg dishes, but if it tastes good, that's a nice change. Overall, the tray looks a bit empty. Chobani, yuk. Fresh fruit looks decent. No warm cinnamon roll

UA1666 red-eye. Choice of grilled chicken or butternut squash. Had the grilled chicken last week and wasn't super impressed. Butternut squash was ok. Still miss my animal protein though.
UA1209 choice between chicken with orzo and pasta. I think it's an ok dish although wished they still had the Thai chicken noodle dish from last week.

MEX-EWR, lunch. Really quite good. Also, these 737-700s are in complete crap condition. Wifi was so spotty (once over US, no wifi over Mexico). Literally no service right over downtown Houston. FA, who was fantastic, said, "these -700s are hard core cringe!"
