Well, this is just crap.
Trying to use the new site to look for flights. Hate that you only see one-way fares displayed. Useless to me. And is there really no way to "un-do" the selection of the first leg to go back and look at the other options again? Only way I could figure out was to start the search over again. :td: |

Sortof. You can search for mixed cabin results by just not specifying the fare buckets; the results will show both coach and business fares in the columns and you can mix-and-match your selections. The challenge comes when trying to combine that with GPU-eligible fares. You're screwed there.

There's too much wrong with this new site to list, but really, is it that hard to fix the award calendar to show nonstop saver award dates only when you click nonstop? CO.com has been able to do that for over a decade, we're moving backwards here... |

Given how large bureaucracies operate there's likely no chance UA will reverse itself on this awful product and will, instead, tinker with it over the next couple of years trying to make it less cumbersome.

Does anyone suspect the one way pricing is marketing / fare management related? It's a major flaw of the new site, and makes shopping for flights a real pia.
