Yes, that works as well. If they respond to a list of all missing flights, that would be faster than using the regular tool to enter each flight individually.
I still find the website behavior erratic, in particular the link to "Economy Plus" should be a rather trivial fix.

I also don't "get" why the UNITED flights on a UNITED PNR are not credited, while - on the same PNR - the Star Alliance partner flights are. How lame is that?

Last week, I called UA web team and reported that I couldn't request missing UA miles. The agent apologized and promised to take a look.

Apparently it's fix now.

However, Star Alliance missing miles link still doesn't work. You end up with E+ subscription stuff.

Today I received a Promo email to purchase PQM/PQS but when I accessed the link I got the following. I have never purchased PQM/PQS with this promo so I am wondering why my MP account isn't eligible for this offer and why did I even receive the email:confused:

I got the same email a couple weeks ago with the same result... Considering it was *after* I had blasted through all of the 1K requalification requirements, I can't imagine why I would purchase PQM even if I were eligible (I have never purchased any miles/PQM from United either) but I was curious to see what their offer would be

When I try to log in today it tells me to contact mileage plus customer service for assistance with my account. I have been on hold for 30 minutes. Anyone else having that issue today?

I had same problem just now when trying to log in to buy a ticket. Called UA MP and they said their systems are down and give them a few hours.

The United website is completely broken - I can no longer logon. Calling GS is a 15 minute wait.

What is going on?

They finally posted a message on a yellow bar at the top of United.com (after I called and got the same information by phone):
