*shrug*

I love stroopwafels (with an R) and am thankful UA provides them. They are worth the empty calories! And they are expensive -- check Amazon if interested.

Air Koryo serves hamburgers onboard in economy class...

I've found Express flights sometimes offer a basket with both the AM stroopwaffel and PM snack mix. I appreacite that.

Like MatthewLAX mentioned, best place to buy if not on a UA plane is probably Amazon.

I miss it too! (actually, I like a variety, so that every flight is not the same)

I'd fly Air Koryo ahead of Domestic United. Free hamburger (which I actually liked compared to other online reviews) and comfortable seats with great recline.

Free Snacks

I thought it was announced some time ago UA would be bringing back free snacks at the appropriate time of day and flight length. Flew LAS-ORD last week and this was not offered. Some of the other airlines give you something even small to munch on.

Normally they do at the same time as the first drink service.

I think your idea of "snack" and United's idea of "snack" are disparate.

I've gotten the modern-day equivalent of peanuts (Asian style rice crackers) on many United routes.
And stroopwaffles sometimes.

But if you think "snack" means more than three bites, you're in for disappointment.
Coskigirl and 8MiHi like this.
