I received limes in coach (LAX-IAD) and business (IAD-FRA) yesterday...

but, IAD-FRA had no lemons. Seriously--the FA brought me my tea with a lime wedge in it and said something like, "close enough."

No limes on ORD-IAH last Wednesday (FA apologized for the lemon in my vodka soda).

Limes were available on DEN-ORD last Friday. Maybe the orders from HQ hadn't trickled out that far west yet?

As much as we like to expand one flyers' experience to 'new policy', more often than not, it's a one-off/FA miscommunication.

If they do go, then yes, it's yet another service cut that is just annoying. Vodka/club really goes well with lime.
No limes this past weekend on multiple segments. Heard the FA telling everyone who asked 'no limes, have a lemon'.

2 of my last 4 flights had no limes. They did have lemons. It was for my sparkling water, so no big deal.

Remember when they stopped carrying olives to save $1M? Soon drinks will be water from a hose.

No limes from me but lemons are annudder story as goalie-mom has a nice lemon tree chock full of Meyer lemons-which I pilfer regularly (and on occasion bring a full bag or two for the UA folks at SFO)

#firstworldproblems

Maybe they need to figure out ways to subsidise all the cheap P fares from yesterday. They can cut the lemons too if they offer cheap P fares to Asia, I drink the terrible beer anyway.

Yes. ORD-SEA and SEA-ORD. 4/1 and 4/2. F. No limes either way.

Shockingly, I survived the experience. But I shouldn't have to. Not for the extra $.15 it would have cost.

LMAO

Perhaps as shtick and a stick..
Put the limes on a stick, like one of goalie's tootsie pops.

Now that would be funny.

I don't drink on planes -- or, seldom do I drink mixed drinks. But I like a lime in my sparking water.
