Looks like it's related to this as reported in the most recent posts, many are missing miles and reservations (and I'm in the latter group)

Can someone explain to me how a network hardware failure results in miles and reservations disappearing from accounts? As a software engineer and an IT professional, I simply cannot comprehend the ineptitude at UA.

Database replication between sites and having to run consistency checks between all hosts once they come back online.

UA would have multiple hosts/databases at different locations and they would all need to be checked. Corruptions do happen during network outages.

For all we know they just flipped to a cold host at a different location to bring the core system functions back online.

I don't know if this thread tis the place to post website errors for UA, but it appears there is loss of function when the UA site is displayed in other languages ...

In this case, the link to partners record locators disappears when you switch to German.

As DeaconFlyer pointed out, it seems to just be one of those oddities with the the website. My miles posted correctly for the fare.

I just realized my Lifetime miles are out of sync as many others have reported. It should have increased by 2,400 miles and instead it decreased by 1,200 miles. Great, now I have to watch it and potentially go back and start keeping track (I guess I should have all along)

Good to hear ^ (and that makes me breathe a little easier [or at least until my miles post when I can completely exhale ])
