Sorry as a 1K and GS it's horrible. But if you do stick with UA just be prepared to expect this performance from the crew and ground staff. Also this Summer will be hell as the Pilots do not have a contract and WILL be slowing way down!

A question about .sux and viewing one's mileage summary.....

On .bomb (RIP), one could specify dates to view activity for that specific period and I'm wondering if there is a way to do it post 3/3

CO Paperwork that United is now having to use on board is inaccurate. Not only does it not give your status it does not show Elite Passengers in the coach cabin. The final paperwork that the gate agent produces for the inflight crew is so SCREWED up. Does not show correct passenger count, status, customers that need assistance...nothing. United took Continentals 60 year old computer system named SHARES. It has messed up the entire system especially for those passengers loyal to UA and makes the money for UA. The upgrades are so messed up, SHARES does not have the ability to Upgrade in status order. Write Smisek! ANd if your a Shareholder Vote NO for Tilton and Smisek, get them out.

best I can tell, no -- the site offers fix views and that's it. No way to create a YTD or multi-month view of activity.

This nets to zero (0) PQM benefit. This can be seen in checking the "Ending Balance" of the previous statement, with the "Beginning Balance as of.." from the previous statement, which shows the reduced amount. This error is only for the PQMs, and Award Miles do credit properly. Until repaired this significanlty lessens the benefit of the legacy Platinum UA Visa.
I have only seen one months worth of PQM post thusfar this year - thus i can't comment on this latest glitch. Only the 2/29 UAL purchases' PQM posted

Trying to book flights the system does not show all flight options, e.g. follow specified departure times (e.g. morning, noon, afternoon etc.). Instead it arbitrarily pushes certain flights. This despite flights being available in desirable booking classes and availability/itinerary verified by EF/ita!

I've noticed that of 4 post March 3 LH flights, all 4 posted within 24 hours, but my UA metal flights are taking 5 days and counting. Pity that SHAREs is optimized for partner credit and not self-metal credit.

I thought that refund request email received today was spam. No mention of UA in subject line and no logo or company name in signature. Very amateurish email...

That's been my (very sub-optimal) experience, too. It should clear up in up to a week.

To date no response but it hasn't been 24 hours. She did however answer the Egypt question within hours, if I recall.

I don't mean to continue to call her out but I am really disappointed with the lack of response or even acknowledgement here.

You are a lot more forgiving than I am as methinks that focusing on addressing f/a's eating the "refreshment snack" on a flight (and SFO-LAX* no less) vs the functionality of award and revenue ticket purchases (or lack thereof) is a major mis-prioritization of duties

*OP states the fight was a 737 so that would be one of those "proud Continental crews" and we all know whose management is running the show now these days

Oh I saw that and wondered too why that was the one thread to which she replied. UA has had many chances to reach out but continues to ignore us.
