Unfortunate layout - they managed to make it even more cluttered then previously. That's quite a hard feat.

I've had times where for some reason there's a glitch in the system and my 500 minimum doesn't print out, or it reads 0 instead of actual mileage. It helps me know that there is something needing to be fixed before I get the credit and have to go through the headache of rectifying an error. Guess I just prefer that additional transparency into the system.

The ANA's mileage accrual chart must be wrong.
