6/1. PHX-DEN (YES, for everyone but me...my audio was broken)
6/1. DEN-LGA (YES) and very surprised "ATT ALL AIRCRAFT,LGA GROUND, SEVERE! TURBULANCE AT 8,000 FEET" (3 flights in from of us diverted - very bumpy arrival!!!!!
5/28 ORD-PHX (YES)

6/3 UA 727 SFO-IAD -- was on during taxi and about the first 20 minutes, until we got a report of light to moderate chop ahead--then it went off for the rest of the flight.

I should have mentioned:
5/23 UA 719 MCO-IAH ^
It was operated by a PMUA 752, and was my first opportunity to enjoy Channel 9. I listened to it most of the flight, and made a point to thank the flight crew for having it on at the end of the trip.
None of the other aircraft on that trip were configured for it yet (sadly).
EDIT: Corrected airframe type to avoid confusion.
